How long does it take for delivery of an order?
We endeavor to deliver our products to our customers as soon as possible. The lead time between placing and order and its dispatch is 2 days. We take a maximum of 7-10 business days to deliver to your destination if outside Rajasthan, India.
Within Rajasthan it takes a maximum of 2-3 business days.

We update our catalog on a regular basis. You will find new products on our website as soon as we introduce them.
Is there a warranty on Furnweave products?
We offer 1 year warranty on all the products on our website subject to a set of terms and conditions stipulated in our warranty policy.
What are the Furnweave products made of?
Furnweave designs its products with natural and premium cotton or cotton and jute blend that is known for the softness and comfort it provides. We make use of iron or wooden frames depending on the product and its usage. Whatever we use is adherent to quality and safety standards.
What is the expected life of a Furnweave product and safety measures associated with it?
Furnweave products have a long healthy life if they are put to the right usage.
We recommend not exposing the product to harsh sun rays or other sources of heat and do not wash it with running water or subject it to other liquid. If you happen to damage the product by not using it according to the terms of use, it will not be covered under the warranty clause.

Does Furnweave show its product to its customers before they buy it?
Furnweave is an e-commerce platform and we are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to show you products in person before you buy them. However, all the product photography at our website is 100% genuine and original. You can be assured of the product because you’ll get the same what you see in pictures.

We accept payments through Net banking, Debit/Credit card, Paytm, Google pay, other wallet/UPI payments. However we do not provide the option of cash on delivery. Furnweave and GST compliances
Goods and Service Tax (GST) is a destination based service tax levied on consumption of goods and services. It is a value added tax and eliminates the ill effects of cascading effects of taxation.
Business customers can avail the benefit of Input tax credit by submitting their GSTIN. You can avail the benefits of tax credit if you are buying furniture for office use.
By updating your GST number with Furnweave, as a Business customer, you will get a GST invoice and you can file these GST Invoices for returns through GST portal, and claim input tax credit on your business purchases.
However, please note that according to the provisions of CGST/SGST and IGST Act, you do not get ITC benefits for the GST paid on purchase on household furniture.

For completing a transaction with Furnweave, what are the basic things I will need?

In case you are making payment through a Debit or Credit card, keep your card details such as card holder name, number and CVV ready.
You might also need an OTP generated on the contact number registered with your card.

Return Products

What is the return and cancellation notice period?
We will accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged products. If you receive a damaged product, please inform Furnweave within 24 hours of receipt by calling us at +91 82098-84776 or emailing us at info@furnweave.com. Please share pictures of the defective products through email in order to initiate the return process.
Once we receive the damaged product, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund. However, please note that the refund will be issued only after we receive an email consent from you and it may take 7-10 business days to process the refund.
Please note that we will not entertain returns, exchanges, or refunds for any other reasons such as the product not matching your expectations or you simply changing your mind about the purchase.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
